Eligibility and authority
You must be able to enter a binding agreement and have authority to connect the Discord servers, channels, Telegram chats, groups, or topics you configure. Discord server activation requires the relevant server-management permission.
The service
TulayBot relays configured messages between Discord and Telegram, provides one-way announcement routes, and offers workspace tools for route management, activity, team access, appearance, billing, and operational status. Features and limits depend on the selected plan.
Optional AI features, including AI Translation Beta and Smart Community Summaries Beta when available, may use third-party AI processing. AI-generated translations and summaries can be incomplete or inaccurate. Customers remain responsible for reviewing AI output and deciding whether these features are appropriate for their communities; Smart Summaries are a catch-up aid, not an authoritative record of decisions, moderation evidence, or message history. TulayBot may fall back to the original shared relay message when translation cannot be completed. Telegram members may request personal translations in eligible connected groups. Personal translation does not change the workspace's shared bridge language. Workspace owners separately control whether members may use Personal Translation. Private delivery requires the member to have opened the TulayBot Telegram bot and pressed Start. In Private only mode, failed private delivery posts only a reminder and never exposes translated text in the group; owners may instead choose Group fallback, which can post the requested translation as a reply in the connected group. Durable per-member request limits and an optional monthly AI request cap can temporarily pause personal AI translation while shared relay messages continue using the original text.
Accounts and workspace access
You are responsible for your Discord account and the actions taken through it. Workspace owners control server slots, billing, appearance, and team invitations. On eligible plans, Member Admins may manage team access and dashboard themes. Invited managers may change routes; viewers receive monitoring access only. You must remove access that is no longer appropriate.
Trials, subscriptions, and cancellations
New customer accounts receive a seven-day trial. Paid plans renew monthly or yearly according to the selected billing cycle until renewal is cancelled. Yearly pricing shown as approximately 17% savings is compared with twelve monthly payments. Cancellations stop future renewal and access continues through the recorded paid period when applicable. Failed payments may receive a limited grace period before routes pause.
Acceptable use
You must not use TulayBot to violate laws, platform rules, intellectual-property rights, privacy rights, or the safety of other people. You must not attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with the service, send unlawful spam, distribute malware, or connect destinations without authorization.
Availability and changes
TulayBot may experience interruptions caused by maintenance, internet infrastructure, Discord, Telegram, PayPal, or other events outside its control. The service may be changed to improve reliability, security, usability, or plan structure. Reasonable efforts will be made to preserve customer data and communicate material changes.
Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended or terminated for non-payment, harmful use, platform violations, security threats, or material breach of these terms. You may stop using the service, remove the bots, release servers, and cancel renewal at any time through the available controls.
