Eligibility and authority
You must be able to enter a binding agreement and have authority to connect the Discord servers, channels, Telegram chats, groups, or topics you configure. Discord server activation requires the relevant server-management permission.
The service
TulayBot relays configured messages between Discord and Telegram, provides one-way announcement routes, and offers workspace tools for route management, activity, team access, appearance, billing, and operational status. Features and limits depend on the selected plan.
Accounts and workspace access
You are responsible for your Discord account and the actions taken through it. Workspace owners control server slots, billing, appearance, and team invitations. Invited managers may change routes; viewers receive monitoring access only. You must remove access that is no longer appropriate.
Trials, subscriptions, and cancellations
New customer accounts receive a seven-day trial. Paid plans renew monthly or yearly according to the selected billing cycle until renewal is cancelled. Yearly pricing shown as approximately 17% savings is compared with twelve monthly payments. Cancellations stop future renewal and access continues through the recorded paid period when applicable. Failed payments may receive a limited grace period before routes pause.
Acceptable use
You must not use TulayBot to violate laws, platform rules, intellectual-property rights, privacy rights, or the safety of other people. You must not attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with the service, send unlawful spam, distribute malware, or connect destinations without authorization.
Availability and changes
TulayBot may experience interruptions caused by maintenance, internet infrastructure, Discord, Telegram, PayPal, or other events outside its control. The service may be changed to improve reliability, security, usability, or plan structure. Reasonable efforts will be made to preserve customer data and communicate material changes.
Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended or terminated for non-payment, harmful use, platform violations, security threats, or material breach of these terms. You may stop using the service, remove the bots, release servers, and cancel renewal at any time through the available controls.
